Henry Hirsch graduated Baruch College in 1957. He joined Samuel Oelbaum, CPA in 1960 to form Hirsch & Oelbaum, CPAs. His public accounting experience includes the areas of real estate, professional practices and the insurance industry.

Henry has extensive experience in tax planning for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.

He is currently on the board of several non-profit organizations, both local and international in scope. Henry can be reached at


Samuel Oelbaum graduated Brooklyn College in 1956. He joined Henry Hirsch, CPA in 1960 to form Hirsch & Oelbaum, CPAs. His public accounting experience encompasses real estate, (including HUD projects), wholesale, retail, manufacturing, stock brokerage, service and professional practices as well as non-profit organizations and private foundations.

His two sons, Eli and Yacov, both CPAs, are senior accountants with the firm.

Harry I. Bram graduated Brooklyn College in 1975 with honors, where he joined the firm of Hirsch & Oelbaum. Upon graduation, he was selected to be an adjunct professor, at his alma mater, instructing future accountants in cost accounting, taxation and finance. In 1980, he was admitted as a partner in the firm.

Harry has deep rooted experience in various businesses, including import/export, real estate, internet, professional practices, service industry as well as estate planning and trusts. He has created and earned strong bank relationships for his clients' benefit.

Harry is well known for his advice, giving clients the information they need by offering valuable solutions and options on all business related decisions. He prides himself on implementing innovative ideas for today's challenging business environment that boosts profits and marketability for his clients' products and services. Harry strives to customize business solutions, with a no nonsense approach tailored to the client's individuality.

Lee C. Hanover graduated from Loyola College of Maryland in 1977. He joined Hirsch, Oelbaum & Bram, CPAs in 1982 and was admitted as a partner in 1987.

Lee has extensive experience in accounting, auditing and tax in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, high tech and internet companies. He specializes in all aspects of tax and financial reporting for the business, while never losing sight on the shareholder/owner from an individual to a family owned business.

Lee is proactive in resolving and mediating tax issues in this ever changing environment.

Mitchell Lisker joined Hirsch Oelbaum Bram & Hanover, CPAs in 1990 after having graduated from Touro College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He was admitted as a partner in 1995.

Mitchell is involved in all aspects of accounting, audit and tax preparation, including highly complex mergers and acquisitions. His experience with such sectors as real estate developers and managers, health care industry, manufacturers and import/exporters is quite extensive. He regularly consults with the board of directors of various co-ops, owners of closely held businesses and non-profit organizations to offer his advice and counsel.

He is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike as our IT specialist. Preparing highly involved forecasts and projections that help assist our clients in cash flow management is one of Mitchell's fortes.
